The ETH6900 Journey: From Concept to Global Infrastructure

The ETH6900 roadmap outlines the evolution of the project from its foundational idea to a fully decentralized, community-owned transaction optimization network. Every milestone has been designed to expand the ecosystem, strengthen protocol stability, and increase value capture for both users and token holders.

The roadmap follows a four-phase structure, each phase building upon the last — starting with development and launch, expanding into integrations and governance, and culminating in the creation of a truly autonomous decentralized compute layer for Ethereum and beyond.

Phase 1: Conception & MVP Development (Q3 2025 – Q1 2026)

Goal: Build the foundation of ETH6900’s optimization engine and establish early ecosystem trust.

Milestones:

  • Design and deploy the ETH6900 smart relay engine capable of gas queueing, deadline execution, and MEV-safe broadcasting.

  • Launch ETH6900 Testnet RPC endpoints on Ethereum Sepolia for developers.

  • Complete first external audit with CertiK and internal security validation.

  • Release public dashboard beta showing real-time gas savings and performance analytics.

  • Deploy $ETH6900 token (ERC-20) on Ethereum mainnet with capped supply of 69,000,000 tokens.

  • Launch official documentation and developer SDK to onboard partners and wallet integrations.

Outcome:
A fully functional prototype and token infrastructure supporting early adopters and developer testing.

Phase 2: Public Launch & Ecosystem Expansion (Q2 – Q4 2026)

Goal: Transition ETH6900 from prototype to live product with real users and ecosystem integrations.

Milestones:

  • Launch ETH6900 Mainnet RPC supporting Ethereum, Base, and Optimism.

  • Integrate with top wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, and WalletConnect.

  • Partner with DeFi and NFT protocols for direct optimization within dApps.

  • Initiate community-driven grants program to reward integrations and relayer contributions.

  • Expand relay clusters to multiple regions (US, EU, APAC) for redundancy and low latency.

  • Implement first DAO vote for treasury fund allocation and staking parameters.

  • Introduce user reward distribution through cashback-style savings incentives.

Outcome:
ETH6900 becomes a recognized, trusted optimization layer in the Ethereum ecosystem with an active token economy and a growing network of partners.

Phase 3: Governance & Decentralization (2027)

Goal: Transfer network control and economic incentives from the core team to the community through DAO governance.

Milestones:

  • Launch ETH6900 DAO with full on-chain proposal and voting system.

  • Establish Sub-DAOs for relayers, treasury, and ecosystem operations.

  • Release Relayer Staking Framework allowing independent operators to participate.

  • Expand support to Arbitrum, Polygon zkEVM, and zkSync Era for multi-chain coverage.

  • Launch Enterprise Integration Suite providing private RPC services for institutional clients.

  • Introduce fee burn and treasury buyback mechanism based on network revenue performance.

  • Conduct second major external audit covering smart contracts and node infrastructure.

Outcome:
A self-sustaining governance structure where community and relayer operators maintain full control of protocol evolution, ensuring longevity and fairness.

Phase 4: Global Expansion & Autonomy (2028 and Beyond)

Goal: Scale ETH6900 into the de facto gas optimization and transaction infrastructure layer for Ethereum, rollups, and modular appchains.

Milestones:

  • Integrate ETH6900 natively with next-generation Layer-2s, modular chains, and zk-rollups.

  • Onboard enterprise clients and DAOs using ETH6900-powered private transaction routing.

  • Deploy machine-learning optimization models that predict baseFee trends and adjust execution strategies dynamically.

  • Launch ETH6900 Treasury v2, enabling automated fund management, real-yield staking, and cross-chain incentive distribution.

  • Begin cross-chain optimization experiments for Bitcoin L2, Solana-EVM bridges, and modular infrastructure projects.

  • Host the first ETH6900 Global Summit, uniting contributors, relayer operators, and ecosystem partners worldwide.

  • Establish public open-source governance where sub-DAOs operate fully autonomously with treasury independence.

Outcome:
ETH6900 transitions from a gas optimization platform into a global decentralized transaction network, powering the infrastructure backbone for Web3 efficiency, scalability, and fairness.

Vision Beyond 2028

ETH6900 aims to become a foundational layer that defines how blockchain transactions are executed across all EVM-compatible ecosystems.
Through its commitment to decentralization, transparency, and technical excellence, ETH6900 envisions a world where every Ethereum transaction is smart, efficient, and cost-optimized by default.
